📋 Terms of Service

General Terms and Conditions (GTC) & End User License Agreement Effective Date: February 6, 2026 Provider: Cashbite (Jasper Brehme), Hannover, Germany. 1. Eligibility & Account Rules (Teilnahme & Regeln) • 1.1 Age Requirement: The Service is exclusively available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity. Access or use by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. By registering, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. • 1.2 Strict One-Account Policy: Only one account per natural person is permitted. Multi accounting (per person, household, or IP) is strictly prohibited and leads to a permanent ban. • 1.3 Data Accuracy: You must provide truthful information during registration, surveys, and offers. Using "fake" data is a material breach. • 1.4 No VPN/Proxy: Use of VPN, Proxy, Tor, or any location-masking software is strictly forbidden. 2. Virtual Currency (Das Punktesystem) • 2.1 Legal Status: Credits/Points are "non-monetary units of account." They are not legal tender, have no cash value, and do not constitute property of the User. • 2.2 Crediting Process: Credits are only granted after the Third-Party Offerwall confirms the completion ("Postback"). • 2.3 Pay-When-Paid: Cashbite's obligation to grant Credits or Rewards is strictly contingent upon Cashbite itself receiving the respective compensation from the advertiser/offerwall. 3. Chargebacks & Deductions (Stornierungen) • 3.1 Right to Reverse: If an Offerwall or advertiser revokes a transaction (e.g., due to fraud, tracking errors, or reversals), Cashbite reserves the right to deduct the corresponding Credits from the User's balance. • 3.2 Negative Balance: If the User’s balance is insufficient, the account will show a negative balance. Future earnings will be applied to clear this debt first. 4. Payouts & Verification (Auszahlung & KYC) • 4.1 Thresholds: Withdrawals are only possible once the minimum payout threshold (displayed in the dashboard) is reached. • 4.2 Processing Time: Normal payouts are processed within 30 minutes to 48 hours. However, Cashbite reserves the right to manually review any payout request for up to 30 days for security reasons. • 4.3 KYC (Identity Verification): We reserve the right to demand a government-issued ID or phone verification before processing any payout, especially in cases of suspicious activity or high-value claims. 5. Termination & Inactivity (Sperrung & Inaktivität) • 5.1 Immediate Ban: In the event of fraud, manipulation, or breach of these terms, Cashbite may terminate the account immediately. All accumulated Credits will be forfeited without compensation. • 5.2 Discretionary Suspension: We may temporarily suspend accounts for investigation without prior notice. • 5.3 Inactivity: Accounts not logged into for 180 consecutive days are deemed inactive. Credits will expire and be reset to zero after a 30-day email notice. 6. Disclaimer of Liability (Haftungsausschluss) • 6.1 Third-Party Offers: Cashbite is not responsible for the content, functionality, or availability of offers provided by third-party offerwalls (e.g., broken games, subscription terms). • 6.2 Technical Failures: No liability is assumed for lost Credits due to server failures, API bugs, or technical issues on the part of the partners. • 6.3 Limitation: Liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable contractual damages. 7. Final Provisions • 7.1 Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. • 7.2 Jurisdiction: The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Hanover, Germany.
